Directly from you:

Name, email address, shipping address, phone number (checkout).
Payment details (processed by Shopify Payments / Stripe / PayPal — we never see your full card number).
Messages you send us via email, chat or contact form.
Answers you give in our spin-to-win wheel or email pop-ups.

Automatically:

Device, browser, IP address, referring URL, pages visited, time spent (via Shopify analytics, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel).
Cart contents and browsing behaviour on our site (for abandoned-cart recovery).
Cookies (see the Cookies section below).

How we use it

Process, ship and support your order.
Send order confirmations, shipping updates and receipts (transactional).
Send marketing emails only if you opt in — you can unsubscribe from every email.
Recover abandoned carts by email.

We never sell your personal information.

International transfers

Because we use Shopify, Google and Meta, your data is stored in and processed from Australia, USA, Canada, Ireland and Singapore. By using our site you consent to these transfers.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your currency, run A/B tests and measure ads. On first visit you'll see a consent banner where you can accept, decline or manage non-essential cookies. Essential cookies cannot be disabled.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it (subject to legal record-keeping), unsubscribe from marketing at any time, or complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
