We want SPONJ to lift the grime you bought it for. If it doesn't, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the surface you tried to clean, and we'll refund your order.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we'll replace or refund it.
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which it does not limit.
