Welcome to SPONJ. These Terms govern your access to and use of https://trysponj.com and any purchase you make from us. By using our website or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

SPONJ is a homewares brand selling degreaser pads and related cleaning products online, shipping across Australia. Contact: support@trysponj.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

3. Orders and prices

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST where applicable.
Prices, promotions and stock can change at any time.
We may refuse or cancel any order (out of stock, mispriced, suspected fraud) and refund you in full.
Discount codes and wheel prizes cannot be combined, are one per customer and expire as stated.

4. Payment

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Afterpay where available. Processed by Shopify Payments, Stripe or PayPal.

7. Product warnings

SPONJ pads are abrasive. Do NOT use on non-stick coatings, non-stick air fryer baskets, induction or ceramic cooktops, polished stainless appliances, painted surfaces or car paint. Always test a small hidden area first.
Marketing videos and reviews are indicative. Actual results depend on the surface and the type of grime.
Keep out of reach of children.

8. Intellectual property

All content is owned by SPONJ or used with permission. SPONJ and its logo are our trade marks.

9. User content and reviews

If you send us a photo, video or written review, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use it on our site, ads and social channels, with attribution to your first name and initial.

10. Availability

We do our best to keep the site up 24/7 but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
