Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship across Australia (all states and territories). International orders are not currently available.

Cost

Free tracked shipping Australia-wide on every order.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2 pm AEST on a business day are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 2 pm, on weekends or on Australian public holidays are processed the next business day.
You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number within 1–3 business days of ordering.

Delivery time

Metro NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT — 6 to 10 business days.
WA, TAS, NT and regional Australia — 8 to 14 business days.

Remote postcodes, public holidays and courier delays can add 2–5 business days. Christmas and end-of-financial-year periods can also add delays.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. Your tracking link is in the shipment email and works on AusPost.com.au or the courier's page. It can take 24–48 hours for the first scan to appear.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email support@trysponj.com within 30 minutes of ordering with your order number. Once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot change the address, and any re-delivery fee is at your cost.

Not home / no safe place

Couriers may leave the parcel in a safe place or leave a card. If your parcel is returned to sender, we refund the item cost minus a A$9.95 handling fee.

Damaged or lost parcels

Damaged on arrival — email us within 7 days with a photo. We send a free replacement or full refund.
Not delivered but marked delivered — check with neighbours and your local Post Office first. If missing after 3 business days, we open an investigation with the courier. If not located within 10 business days, we replace or refund.
